Since the invention of the microwave and the removal of home economics classes in schools, many people are not taught the basics of cooking techniques. Well, in this class let's do something about that! I invite you into my kitchen (via online video chat) to cook the basics.
We will make stock, render some animal fat, and discuss and demonstrate many other cooking techniques. Be sure to bring your questions, and we will try to demonstrate as many techniques and answer as many questions as needed.
