Fermenting from the Garden

We're excited to announce that we are doing an in-person class! In this class we will be discussing the basics of ferements, and Amy will be demonstrating several different ferments, hopefully giving you ideas for your own specific garden variates. The great thing about fermenting is that once you understand the basics, you can use the basic brine recipe to ferment anything!
