Food Nutrition Density

Did you know that not all food is created equal? For example, if two different carrots are analyzed in a lab the amount of nutrition present in each carrot is likely to be very different. The nutritional profile is determined by many different factors including growing conditions, use of real or synthetic soil additives, use of pesticides, and which ones, and whether or not the soil contains live microbes or not.

Eating foods with varying nutritional density will feed your body to varying amounts. Nutrient-dense foods will fill you up more quickly, essentially meaning that you can eat less and gain more!

How can you know the density of your food? The first step is knowing there's a difference. In this YouTube live we will discuss what questions to ask, and other ways to know the density of your food... and what benefits to expect when you start eating food higher in nutrition.
