To wash your hair with an egg, crack the egg into a small bowl. Separate the white and yolk, setting the white aside for another purpose. Take the yolk with you into the shower, just like you would with a shampoo. If you have a lot of hair, you might have to use two eggs. Rinse and you’re good to go!

Colorado is an extremely dry environment, especially in the winter. If you have very dry hair, you can use organic apple cider vinegar as a rinse for your hair after your egg yolk wash.

A simple natural detox mask can be made by mixing bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar.
